What we collect
When you book a strategy call or request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and details about your business. Our site also records standard analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) so we can see what is working.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, deliver the services you paid for, and, only if you ask, send occasional advice about marketing your trade. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. Ever.
Your choices
Email hello@extramiles.co at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We honor every request within 30 days.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Every website and ad campaign we deliver is custom-built for your business, so payments are non-refundable once work has begun. One exception: if we fail to deliver your $99 website within 48 hours of receiving your content and sign-off, you owe nothing and any payment is returned in full.
